Please send a copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

An official tourist confirmation and voucher from Russia is required to apply for Russian tourist visa. 

Send a copy of a standard tourist confirmation and voucher from your authorized Russian travel agency or hotel.

You must have the confirmation and voucher before you complete the Russian visa application , information from this document must be include in your visa application form.

Visa Obtainers is able to obtain the confirmation and voucher document for you.

A 3 years multiple entry visa can only be processed under regular service option. The Embassy of Russia does not process the 3 years multiple entry under rush or urgent service.

Official letter of invitation is required, issued by the Federal Migration Service or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia.

This invitation arranged for by your host organization in Russia. If the official Russian invitation was submitted directly to the Embassy of Russia by telex, please provide the invitation telex number.

The information from the invitation is needed to complete the Russian visa application form. 

A written letter of invitation on company letterhead from the host organization in Russia. This invitation must include the following information:

Full name of the host organization, official address and contact information of the host organization and last name, first name, and position of the person who sign the invitation.

The information about the visa applicant is required:

Last name, first name and any other given name, date of birth, citizenship, gender , passport number, date of issue, date of expiration and place of issue.

The letter must state that the applicant applying for 3 years multiple entry visa and the validity of the visa from dd/mm/yy to dd/mm/yy is 3 years

The letter of invitation must also include the purpose of travel, location of the intended residence of the visa applicant and cities to be visited.

This letter of invitation must be written in Russian. This letter cannot be in English.

Notes about the 3 years multiple entry visa:

This invitation is for 3 years multiple entry only.

If you wish to apply for single, double, 6 months or one year visa you cannot use this invitation
