How It Works:

Collect your visa requirements and complete the required forms

Complete the online order form

Ship your documents to our office 

We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued.

Send your current valid and signed passport.

Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled VISA in your passport. Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a visa page.

I f your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

One passport type photograph is require. Photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

Please send a copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

Copy of your hotel confirmation is required.

Copy of your international vaccination certificate is required.

Copy of recent bank statement is required.

ne  Visa Application Form completed ONLINE.

Your application must be completed and submitted online and the Visa fee paid for by credit card online ($160). When confirmed please:

Print a copy of your Visa Application Form, AND

Print a copy of your visa payment slip or receipt from Google Checkout, AND

Print your visa Acknowledgement.

Send all three along other visa requirements.

The embassy will charge $265 processing fee per application. This fee will be paid separately by Visa Obtainers.

This letter of invitation must be written on company letterhead,  with address and phone number of the organization or person to be visited.

An emailed copy will be acceptable.
