How It Works:

Collect your visa requirements and complete the required forms

Complete the online order form

Ship your documents to our office 

We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued

Send your current valid and signed passport.

Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled VISA in your passport. Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a visa page.

I f your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Two passport type photographs  required. Photos must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

Please send a copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

An ORIGINAL, NOTARIZED letter from the applicant.

Explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited and place of accommodation.

A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid US visa and I-94 is required.

If you entered the USA after April 26th 2013 you should print the electronic I-94 form.

A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, Washington DC

The letter must explain all of the following:

Nature of business to be performed

Name and address of reference to be visited

This letter should request Multiple Entries visa if required

Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit

Applicants passport number

The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

An ORIGINAL business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Algeria. 

The Letter should be printed on company letterhead and address to:

Embassy of Algeria Visa Section Washington DC 

The invitation letter must specific to the following guidelines:

Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).

State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Algeria.

Specify the type and desired validity of the visa (ie. a single entry business visa).
