How It Works:

Collect your visa requirements and complete the required forms

Complete the online order form

Ship your documents to our office 

We will review the documents and work with you to fix any errors. Then we will hand deliver them to the Embassy and return your passport to you after your visa is issued.

Send your current valid and signed passport.

Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled VISA in your passport. Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a visa page.

I f your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

One passport type photograph is require. Photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

Please send a copy of your  itinerary from airline or travel agency . The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information. 

A Letter addressed to the Embassy of Afghanistan detailing the purpose of your visit.

One completed and signed and notarized visa application form

A copy of your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid US visa and I-94 is required.

A letter of invitation from the sponsoring company in Afghanistan, to be typewritten on company letterhead .

You must submit a copy of the work permit approval issued to you by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
If the work permit approval states, you can be issued a 1-year multiple entry visa both your business letter and letter of invitation must also request a 1-year multiple entry visa.
